Logical Gene Ontology Annotations

This simple application demonstrates how we can exploit OWL semantics to query over a combination of Gene Ontology, Mouse Phenotype and Human Disease Ontology annotations.
This application currently allows you to query all mouse GO annotations from the Mouse Genome Informatics (MGI) database. (Downloaded November 5th 2011)

You can download all the ontologies from here, they are best viewed in Protege 4.1 and can be classified very quickly with an OWL 2 EL reasoner such as ELK
